Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a water source nearby, you don't need to be present the entire time. We just ask that someone is available at drop-off and pickup to confirm everything looks great.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially on weekends. For ceramic coating or paint correction services, give us a week or more if possible. That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — just call or text us.

Life happens — we get it. Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the service booked.

It depends on the service and vehicle condition. An exterior detail typically takes 1–2 hours. A full interior detail is 2–4 hours. A full interior + exterior combo can take 3–6 hours. Ceramic coating and paint correction take longer — we'll give you a specific timeframe when booking.

We bring all our own professional equipment, products, and tools. We do need access to a standard outdoor water spigot at your location. If you don't have one available, let us know ahead of time and we'll bring our waterless wash system

We detail all types of vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, ATVs, UTVs, boats, and 4x4s. If you have a specialty vehicle or something oversized, just contact us first so we can discuss pricing and logistics.

We do our best on every job. Our interior detail includes a shampoo treatment that removes most odors and light stains. For stubborn or set-in stains, we offer a stain removal add-on. We'll always be upfront if a stain is unlikely to fully come out — no surprises.

For most locations within our standard service area, there's no travel fee. For locations further out, a small travel fee may apply — we'll always be upfront about this before confirming your booking.

Absolutely — that's one of the best parts of mobile detailing. We can come to your home, office, or anywhere else as long as there's access to power and the vehicle is accessible. Many customers book while they're at work.
